Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development frameworks
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for executive boards with data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future workforce automation challenges
- Represent our vision at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts to maintain competitive foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise-level roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological transformation topics
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Magic Quadrant)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term digital transformation
