Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with societal shifts and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technological adoption timelines
- Drive organizational culture of exponential thinking and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record launching products based on future-trend forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web4, bio-integration, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies in complex innovation ecosystems
