Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision for 2026
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum-AI integration and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech ethics and adoption
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent journals
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
