Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect complex technological dots
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (preferred: Futures Studies, Technology Management, or Engineering)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work or published thought leadership
