Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted AI solutions for climate resilience
- Author whitepapers on the ethical implications of generative AI adoption in healthcare
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' featuring speakers from MIT, SpaceX, and WHO
- Design neuroadaptive user interfaces for next-gen human-computer symbiosis
- Advocate for inclusive tech policies at Davos and UN Innovation forums
- mentor PhD candidates in emerging technologies through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to >10M users
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on human-AI collaboration
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience with neurodiversity-inclusive design methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech-for-good initiatives
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM)
