Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural augmentation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience preferred
- Published futurist research in Nature/Science/AI journals
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, S-curves, scenario planning)
- Executive presence with experience briefing Fortune 500 CEOs
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, R) and ML frameworks
- Clearances for government collaboration programs a plus
