- Develop future-proof technology adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Produce technology impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research labs and startups
- Present futuristic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
