Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in UN SDGs and circular economy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
