Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Present technology foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen systems (e.g., neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative data centers)
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on tech evolution
- Advise on ethical frameworks for advanced autonomous systems
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
