Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neuro-interfaces to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training and change management programs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance for emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight, R&D strategy, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least one disruptive technology product/service
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk mitigation capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic technology implementations
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
