Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI frameworks integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic processors
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment standards
- Design real-time neural networks with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Collaborate with quantum research teams to optimize hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Establish industry-leading security protocols for autonomous system decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams from prototype to production-ready deployment
- Research and implement next-generation natural language processing breakthroughs

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience

- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/neuroscience journals (NeurIPS, Nature ML)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Deep understanding of federated learning and differential privacy
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture
