Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI/bioconvergence domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 20700 and IEEE 7000 ethical tech standards
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent)
- Security clearance for government-level innovation partnerships
