Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term workforce strategy tailored for the year 2026, focusing on automation, AI integration, and hybrid work models.
- Lead the digital transformation of talent acquisition, implementing predictive analytics to forecast labor market demands and skill gaps.
- Design organizational structures that support scalability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Partner with executive leadership to define clear talent roadmaps that align with broader business objectives and technological advancements.
- Oversee the deployment of emerging HR technologies to streamline operations and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Establish flexible work policies and retention strategies that address the modern worker's needs, including mental health and work-life balance.
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark our talent practices against industry leaders and future-of-work trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Strategic Planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in integrating AI and automation tools within HR processes and talent acquisition frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the cultural and logistical shifts required for a global, remote-first or hybrid workforce in the US.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and C-suite executives.
- Relevant certifications in Strategic Management or Organizational Psychology are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving change management initiatives.
