Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social recruiting, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed candidate personas.
- Conduct compelling interviews, effectively assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or AI industries.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill roles and negotiating offers.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
