Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social recruiting, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed candidate personas.
  • Conduct compelling interviews, effectively assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

Qualifications
