Your Mission
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Data Science departments. You will identify passive candidates, build deep relationships, and close high-demand roles in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Conduct proactive research and utilize Boolean search strategies to identify passive talent in AI, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key open positions, ensuring consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Execute technical phone screens and in-depth interviews with engineering leaders to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Closing & Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process, craft compelling offers, and successfully close candidates to secure top talent.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Nexus Systems at tech conferences, meetups, and industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the tech industry (SaaS, AI, or Cloud preferred).
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and advanced ATS navigation (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with software engineers and data scientists.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ownership: Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
