Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design scalable, resilient, and futuristic software architectures that anticipate market needs and technological advancements.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready algorithms.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of implementing innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI, Edge Computing).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing engineering teams through complex transitions.
