Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced plumbers on residential and commercial repair and installation projects.
- Tool Management: Learn to properly use and maintain hand and power tools, pipe wrenches, and soldering equipment.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, clean up debris, and ensure work areas remain safe and organized.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner, answer questions, and maintain a positive company image.
- Emergency Response: Respond to service calls and resolve basic issues under supervision to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid, current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to acquire new skills and a positive attitude toward mentorship.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills to follow instructions and interact with customers.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
