Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for our Horizon 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological feasibility.
- Quantum & AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum computing protocols into existing cloud infrastructure to enhance computational power and efficiency.
- System Scalability: Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing and real-time AI inference.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and external research partners to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with federal data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure cloud services.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work with cutting-edge technologies, specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from conception to deployment.
