Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with installation and framing activities
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Operate light machinery like forklifts and earth-moving equipment (training provided)
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
