Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead crews on complex projects while maintaining quality standards
- Manage inventory and material requisitions for job sites
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with multi-meters and power tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/overnights
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
