Your work will directly influence product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients while mentoring the next wave of disruptors through our Innovation Fellowship Program.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and spatial computing paradigms
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and ETH Zurich researchers
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF, Horizon Europe, and private equity
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and governmental bodies
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Drive commercialization of lab innovations through startup accelerators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years applied R&D
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or policy implications
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-symbolic AI
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted international patents
