Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and coordinate project timelines
- Conduct system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Maintain detailed documentation and safety records
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in WI or IL
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, VFDs, and PLC systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for travel between Milwaukee and Illinois sites
