Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits in commercial and industrial facilities
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor apprentices on best practices
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
- Document work orders and maintain service records
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician license required
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Pennsylvania electrical codes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
