Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and installation of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Clean work area and remove debris after project completion.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using electrical testing equipment, and working with various power tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on safety compliance.
