Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of electrical wiring, lighting, and power installation according to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts to clients in plain language.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including multimeters and circuit testers.
