Responsibilities
- Perform new electrical installations, including wiring, circuitry, lighting systems, and power distribution.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Proficiency with hand tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for digital timekeeping and reporting.
