Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and wiring.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system safety and functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults or malfunctions efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license in North Carolina (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
