Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute wiring projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed with a strong emphasis on safety standards, quality control, and OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical details clearly to property owners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and manage tool inventory effectively.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia or equivalent state certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for fieldwork in various weather conditions.
