Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, faucets, toilets, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners and clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and workspace.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of California Plumbing Codes and local regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
