Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Adhere to California plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional presentation
- Collaborate with project teams on new construction and renovation projects
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for service vehicles
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience
- Expert knowledge of California Plumbing Code (UPC) and local regulations
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving complex plumbing issues
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
