Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex microservices architectures for high-frequency AI and quantum simulation workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, providing technical mentorship and ensuring code quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including edge computing, federated learning, and next-gen cloud infrastructures.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical algorithms into scalable, efficient software systems.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews and risk assessments to mitigate technical debt and system vulnerabilities.
- Establish and maintain best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or engineering management role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design, and high-availability patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
