Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Ecosystem: Design and implement scalable simulation models that predict and optimize system behaviors for the year 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to define the technical vision and strategic milestones for our 2026 product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models and neural networks to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate simulation data into user-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Simulation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
