Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure that supports high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead the design of neural network architectures and deep learning models tailored for complex enterprise challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs in cloud environments using MLOps best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive for the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Proven experience designing, training, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
