Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design and implement a resilient, distributed AI architecture capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of classical machine learning models with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning and cost-efficiency improvements across our large-scale GPU clusters and cloud environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning short-term sprints with long-term 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design scalable solutions for edge and cloud environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
