The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical vision of our AI platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create and execute the long-term technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our production stack.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model training pipelines and inference latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
