Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed to meet the extreme demands of 2026 workload environments.
- Lead the research and integration of quantum computing protocols into classical AI workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains years ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable software requirements.
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time processing and high-velocity decision making.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of scaling models.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI in production environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
