Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Define and oversee the end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI and machine learning platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product line, translating business goals into technical strategies and engineering milestones.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency using advanced neural network architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
