Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to set the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with market trends and technological advancements.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, distributed machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neuromorphic chips) to integrate into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-growth environments.
