Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning architectures for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of existing models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Best Practices: Enforce code quality standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols across the AI engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
