Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation autonomous systems. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will be responsible for designing the core infrastructure that powers our predictive analytics engines and autonomous decision-making protocols. This is a rare opportunity to define the technological landscape for the 2026 era, working with cutting-edge Large Language Models and neuromorphic computing architectures.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing and inference.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the 2026 technical roadmap and architectural vision.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and ultra-low-latency applications.
- Establish industry-leading MLOps best practices, ensuring model reproducibility, governance, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric, high-impact features.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems design.
- Strong experience designing, training, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Track record of delivering complex AI solutions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
