Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically optimized for the demands of 2026 computing paradigms.
- Model Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large language models (LLMs) and generative models, from training to deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate relevant advancements into our roadmap.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model efficiency for real-time applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for product managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience implementing multimodal AI architectures and handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
