Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-driven features that redefine user experiences.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within a CI/CD environment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Define the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and ensure architectural alignment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and deep learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-availability systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Ethical AI frameworks is highly preferred.
