Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architecture of proprietary Generative AI models, ensuring high fidelity and low latency.
- Oversee the MLOps lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Drive innovation in reinforcement learning and edge computing for real-time decision making.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and model explainability.
- mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep technical knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
