Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems designed to meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers to drive innovation from concept to production.
- Optimize neural networks and quantum algorithms to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal latency.
- Establish best practices for model governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable product strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain our high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and Synthetic Data to keep our tech stack future-proof.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical AI problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
