Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and neural architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the architecture strategy for large-scale machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including version control, deployment, and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python and major frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformers.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
