Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for high-traffic applications.
- Lead the architectural vision for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neural Symbolic Integration.
- Conduct deep-dive research to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through architectural innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues.
