Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen Neural Networks and generative models.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex business ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy to support real-time, high-volume applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts is a significant plus.
