Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical roadmap for the 'Project 2026' neural infrastructure.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms that bridge the gap between classical and quantum machine learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices are integrated into the core architecture from day one.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum-inspired algorithms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
