Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Define technical strategies and ensure best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and responsible data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
