Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Team Management: Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI evolution, integrating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing into our stack.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models, ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep knowledge of PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
